Make space for revision. Choose a layout, then type straight into your planner.
Add your timetable to a calendar
Download one iCalendar (.ics) file containing every filled, dated session across all sheets, including your latest on-screen edits. Empty sessions are skipped. Priorities, review, next steps and all chosen revision links are included in each event’s notes. The first link also goes in the event’s URL field where supported by your calendar app.
Morning: 07:00–12:00 · Afternoon: 12:00–17:00 · Evening: 17:00–22:00. Hourly slots keep their selected times. Untimed daily entries are all-day events. Times use the calendar’s local time.

On Mac, open Calendar → File → Import and select the downloaded file. Choose an iCloud calendar to see the events on your other Apple devices. On iPhone or iPad, open the .ics attachment in Apple Mail and use its calendar import option. A browser download may only preview the file.

Outlook import helpThis is a copy of your current timetable, not a live subscription. Later edits need a new download. Importing again may duplicate events; remove an earlier import before replacing it.
Click a blank cell to add a topic, task, break or commitment. Keep entries brief; up to 180 characters per cell. Downloads include every sheet.
Plan revision that works for you
- Start with school, clubs, meals, sleep and breaks. Leave some spare time.
- Choose a specific topic and task for each session: recall from memory, practice questions, then check your answers.
- Return to topics on later days rather than putting all your practice in one sitting.
- Use the review to decide what needs more practice and when you will revisit it.
